7-Day Return Window

We offer a clear and customer-friendly return process for eligible orders:

• 7 Days to Request: You can initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.
• Free Return Pickups: You pay nothing to send a product back. We arrange courier pickup at zero return shipping charge.
• Eligible Conditions: Due to health, personal wellness, and safety regulations, returned items should be in their original packaging, unopened, and with safety seals intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your parcel arrives broken, leaked, damaged in transit, or has an incorrect product inside, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly dispatch a fresh replacement or issue an immediate refund without any extra paperwork.

How Refunds Work

Once the returned parcel reaches our facility and undergoes a quick condition check:

• Prepaid Payments: Refunds are credited straight back to your original source (UPI, debit card, net banking) within 3 to 5 business days.
• Cash on Delivery: Our support team will request your preferred bank account or UPI ID to transfer your refund directly.
